HOW DIRTY IS YOUR BOWEL? CLEANSE IT WITH SMOOTHIES
Hey, good morning or may be you are in the afternoon over there, there is a question I want to ask you, how dirty is your bowel? You need to cleanse it because the cleaner your bowel is the healthier your become. Nutrition is the foundational healing art that is necessary for any kind of healing to take place in the body. The chemical elements from the food we eat can rebuild cells or correct defects in cells.    And because our ultimate source of chemical element is foods, the success of all other healing arts depends on this one healing arts.
HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR BOWEL
I want you to know that there is a substance in the green leafy vegetable called “chlorophyll”. It plays is important role in the cleansing and healing process. When you consume the “greens”, the chlorophyll in it cleans your blood by cleansing your bowel of those toxins that you might have assimilated into your blood stream. Because a clean bowel helps you prevent diseases.
Coming to the smoothies or juices, you need to consume chlorophyll-rich drinks because smoothies are a source of nutrients that I believe your body needs. It is easily digested and assimilated into blood and lymph than eating raw greens. When it is goes into your blood and lymph, your cells feed on it and maintain your body’s health.
WHAT DO YOU DERIVE FROM SMOOTHIES
1.    Fruit Smoothies:- gives you more vitamins
2.    Vegetable smoothies:- supply more minerals for you.
Both of these smoothies contain nutrients for your body that is why you should consume them, because prevention of sickness and disease is cheaper and better than cure.
NOTE: You should let your fruit be fresh and ripe one, and your smoothies should be consumed very soon as you make them to prevent mineral and vitamins in them getting oxidized, and also because live enzyme don’t last long in smoothies.
Also, note that your life cannot be completely lived on smoothies, you need fibre foods  for your bowel tone and proper elimination, you can get fibre from whole grains, raw nuts, and seeds, and sources of proteins such as eggs , cheese, and yogurt .
A smoothies diet is not the only food you need to give you balance diet, but there may be times when a smoothies fast is the right thing for certain physical ailments and conditions  as they warrant.
Also in addition to smoothies you can use supplement like pinches of Kale, wheatgrass, Spirulina, Chlorella and one teaspoonful of liquid chlorophyll in a glass of water on empty stomach first thing in the morning and last thin in the night. It is known that this has helped cases such as high prolactin levels and breast discharge in women, retrograde menstrual blood flow, distended abdomen, uterine fibroids and many more
