HOW BOUNCING ARE YOU BREASTS?
There will always be a debate whether a lady should wear bra or not. For those with little breasts it is easier to concur with not wearing bra, but what of those that are richly endowed? Notwithstanding, there are important steps one needs to take for better breast health.
It is important to note that breast cancer is very important nowadays, and there are many factors that are responsible for that such as the type of diet, family history, lifestyle etc; to fight this scourge, there are weapons that must be applied such as good diet, proper lifestyle, God’s factor(living faith in God for good health).
I want to talk on how to make your breasts be healthy, breast tissue consists a big part of lymphatic tissue, lymph system is like the garbage disposal for the body and it flushes out toxins(unlike heart that has pump to flush out blood), lymph system does not have pump, but it does flush out the toxins through the movement of body, that is, as the breast is bouncing, toxins flush out through lymph, so if I may ask, how bouncing are your breasts?
Some bra do not help in this area, because they impede the movement of breast tissue and cause the lymph tissue to gather toxins.
A notable health expert by the name Cheri-lynn Burk said that, if you are the type that like to wear underwire brass, know that the metal in underwire bras hinders the flow of several important meridians that flow across torso.
In other study, though this may be debatable, a study was observed on, more than 4,000 women and  come up with this results:
·       Women who wore brass 24hrs per day has 3 out of 4 chance of developing  breast cancer.
·       Women who wore brass less than 12hrs per day had 1 out of 52 risk of breast cancer.
·       Women who never or rarely wear brass had 1 out of 168 chance of breast cancer.
In addition, one study found that bra wearers had twice the risk of breast cancer compared with non-bra users. A Japanese study found that a bra can lower melatonin, a beneficial hormone level by 60%.
Women who did not use bras benefited in the long run, developing more muscle tissue to provide natural support. Also it is found that nipples gained a higher lift in relation to the shoulders, in women who went braless. When bras are worn, the restrictive materials prevent such tissue from growing which may actually accelerate sagging.
Having said that, one should not overlook the importance of medical check up of breast  periodically, good diet and God’s factor above all, in the light of this, make sure you do the appropriate things and God bless you.
