1. The first on the list of these
foods is Cucumber, cucumber
is an effective beauty aid and best tonic for the skin of the face. How do you
use it?
* You put its grated form over your
face, eyes and may be your neck and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. This prevents
wrinkles, pimples, blackheads from your face. It also prevents dryness of your
face. Other advantages of cucumber are that, when you make cucumber juice from
cucumber, it promotes your hair growth due to its high silicon and Sulphur
content. How do you do this?
* Use your juicer to make cucumber
juice.
*Add carrot juice, lettuce juice
and spinach juice.
When you combine those juices with
cucumber juice, apply them to your skin.
The research showed that cabbage
contains several elements that enhance the immunity of your body and arrests
its premature aging, cabbage is also used for healing infected sores, blisters
and skin eruptions. When you add cabbage juice to cucumber juices, it gives a
lot of benefits to your skin.
2. The second on the list is Lemon, this is a wonderful fruit
you can use to glow your skin. Do you know that Lemon is regarded as a youth
restorative? When you use lemon, lemon helps create youthful health and looks.
What will you use lemon for? You
use it to clear blemishes.
How will you use it?
*Rub the lemon on the area you are
having blemishes and make sure it is a fresh one. If you are having a dry or
scaly skin, rub it with the peel of lemon to restore your skin to its natural
softness. For rough elbow, you can make it softened by rubbing the area with
the cut side of a lemon.
Added Advantage: For hair brightness – make a strained lemon juice,
mix it with cool water and use it to wash your hair.
3. This is the third on the list of
combination of powerful foods, lime, it assists your beauty, how do you use it? The
steps are:
# Squeeze a fresh lime in a
fully-boiled glassful of whole milk
# Add a teaspoonful of glycerin
# Leave it for 30 min to cool.
# Apply it to your face, your hand
and feet before your retiring at night.
It cures pimples, crack soles and
palm, dryness of face and hand, it protects the face from sun burn. When you
use lime this way, it helps you to look young and beautiful.
4. The fourth on the list is
potato, you can find this everywhere. The cleansing property of potato removes
blemishes from your skin, and this is due to high content of potassium,
sulphur, phosphorus and chlorine that it has.
Steps are: # Make a juice of raw
potato

Also you can use the juicy pulp of
shredded raw potato, apply it as a poultice in clearing the wrinkles and
blemishes due to aging. Rub it on your face and other portion of the body where
you have wrinkles before going to bed. It helps melt the wrinkles, banish age
spots and clear the skin.
5. The fifth on the list is Pawpaw, pawpaw is a fruit that has a
lot of benefits. When you make a juice from pawpaw, it can be used for several
skin disorders, it removes pimples, warts, corns or an abnormal outgrowth of
the skin. When the juice is used cosmetic, it removes black spots due to
exposure to sunlight and makes the skin smooth and delicate.
6. Pineapple, place a few thinly cut slices on the face and leave for
5 to 10 minutes. Remove and wipe face with a soft towel. Your skin will feel
softer and radiant.
